Grace Gabala is a communications and knowledge management specialist with experience in communications and digital strategy at international development institutions.
Prior to joining IDEV, Grace worked as a communications and knowledge management consultant for various global entities. Her clients over the past decade include: The United Nations Office for the High Representative for LDCs, LLDCs and SIDS (OHRLLS); the United Nations Development Group (UNDG), the United Nations Development Capital Fund (UNCDF), UN Women and the private sector department at the African Development Bank.
Skilled at communication planning for internal and external stakeholders, she has spearheaded the launch and implementation of several global communication and outreach programs notably the Knowledge Gateway for Women’s Economic Empowerment, launched in 2013 at the United Nations General Assembly.
Grace holds an MPA from New York University and is a certified Knowledge Manager from the KM Institute in Washington, DC.
