Daniel is currently an Evaluation Capacity Development consultant with the Independent Development Evaluation (IDEV) 3 division. Prior to joining IDEV Daniel Andoh worked as a Management Consultant undertaking consultancies engagements in the areas of Programme Management, Capacity Development, Resource Mobilisation and Monitoring and Evaluation. His clients over the last 15 year include United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), International Finance Corporation (IFC), African Management Services Company (AMSCO), African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF), the AU, the Common Market for East and Southern Africa (COMESA), KPMG, PwC and West African Civil Society Institute (WACSI).
He is a certified IFC trainer in their trademark BusinessEdge pedagogy and a member of the American Evaluation Association. He is also among the founding members of the Ghana Monitoring and Evaluation Forum. Daniel attended the University of Science and Technology in Ghana, National University of Singapore, and Haute Etudes Commerciales (HEC) France, He holds degrees in Business Administration and Biochemistry.
