Mr. Mohamed COULIBALY holds a Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies (DEA) in Applied Macroeconomics: Banking and International Finance. He is specialized in Budgetary Policies, Regional Integration and Monetary Zones. He also holds a Bachelor in Macroeconomics and Development Management. He joined BDEV in October 2016 as a consultant.
Before then, he was a student-researcher and a teacher in Ouagadougou. Furthermore, he worked for 6 years in consulting firms as an economist where he developed in-depth knowledge of the private sector in Africa. He also held internships with the United Nation Development Program (UNDP) in 2008, and the Burkinabe branch of BNP-Paribas in 2007.
